Introduction of Intech roller conveyor


Intech provides gravity roller conveyors, chain driven roller conveyors, electric powered roller conveyors. These products  are ideal for products with rigid flat bottoms, suitable for conveying applications of cartons, pallets...
 
  • Gravity Roller Conveyors work by allowing products to slide on rollers by gravity or being pushed by hand. This has the benefit of working without any motors or electricity, making gravity conveyors a low-cost option for material handling.
  • Chain roller conveyors are operated by a chain that is integrated into the side frame and the rollers via internal bearings and fixed shafts. This type of conveyor is suitable for large pallets, allowing stopping and switching between rollers for increased flexibility.
  • With electrically powered roller conveyors, some or all of the conveyor rollers are powered to push the product to run. This type of conveyor is ideal for small, light loads.

IT3 roller conveyors are used in production lines, flexibly transporting light weight products.
