Purpose of building a set of behavioral standards
- Help Intech employees adjust their behavior and follow the principles set by the Company
- Encourage initiative and creativity in work, propose solutions, improve and increase labor productivity
The role of behavioral standards
- As a tool to manage employee behavior in the organization
- Provide criteria and standards for employee behavior
- Applying a set of behavioral standards and implementing them well will create a healthy working environment, build a good image and brand, and achieve business efficiency thanks to standard behavior and actions
