1- Enkei conveyor system to supply rims to 7 processing machine clusters.

Each machine cluster includes: 2 Okuma LCS-25-AW-R CNC lathes, 1 Fanuc α-T14iE hole processing machine and 1 Fanuc M-710ic/40 gripper robot.

2- The rim from the casting machine will go through the stages of cold processing, checking for deviation, engraving codes... These stages are automated by the Intech conveyor system controlled by PLC.

3- Some sub-stages still use support workers. However, the automation level is still 98%.

4- The closed conveyor system helps transport the rim and return the tray to the supply position.
 

Enkei conveyor system is divided into 3 main types:

1- Belt conveyor: (41 sets)
2- Roller chain conveyor: (20 sets)
3- Free roller system: (03 sets)

In addition, the system also includes:
