Conveyor System for 1850T Molding Station
This conveyor system is designed with optimal technical parameters to transport large plastic components, ensuring stability and safety throughout the operation.

- Dimensions: W1280 x L3420 x H900-1600mm. This size is carefully calculated to suit the space and production process at the 1850T molding station, and has the ability to flexibly adjust the height.
- Steel box frame: 40x80x1.4mm, ensuring firmness.
- Folded steel shoulder frame: 40x110mm, increasing rigidity and aesthetics.
- Belt: Using rough PVC belt, blue, good grip, high abrasion resistance, ideal for transporting plastic components.
- Belt support system: 1.5mm thick galvanized steel belt support plate, helps the belt move smoothly and not sag.
- Gear motor: P = 0.37Kw, using 220/380 VAC voltage, providing enough traction for the system.
- Maximum conveyor speed: 6m/min, can be adjusted steplessly through the inverter, helping to control the speed precisely according to production requirements.
