In the last days of the year, Intech Group is racing against KPI indicators and deadlines to be completed. But indispensable is the workshop between the Board of Directors and the Group's employees. This December, CEO Hoang Huu Thang chose the topic "What is Intech's value system?" to share on the afternoon of December 23, 2023.
 

The workshop helped all employees understand and regenerate new energy so that they can work with peace of mind, contribute, and aim to create value, develop their work, improve their income, or create breakthrough opportunities in their careers. Mr. Hoang Huu Thang added, "You will receive worthy results when you make your best efforts."

During the sharing session, CEO Hoang Huu Thang expressed his desire to build a happy business by creating an effective and meaningful working environment. A happy business creates a comfortable working environment, good treatment, and encourages creativity and individual development. This can be achieved by promoting teamwork, solidarity, defining goals and expectations, ensuring fairness, and treating all employees well.

Mr. Hoang Huu Thang stated that business philosophy is the guiding principle for all activities of Intech Group. Business philosophy includes:

• First philosophy: If we want our business to develop and be sustainable, we must always strive to create and increase value and customer experience in each product and service.
• Second philosophy: Our products and services being good is not enough, durable and beautiful is not enough, we must achieve high efficiency and optimize investment costs.
• Third philosophy: We should not pay much attention to who our competitors are. Instead, we spend our energy and focus on making our business, products and services better every day.

The core values, vision and mission of the Group were also shared with all his heart by him to the employees. With sincerity, closeness and reality, the workshop was a great success with the response of many employees.

The highlight of the program was the frank conversation and free sharing of personal views as well as expressing one's own thoughts by the speaker, Mr. Tran Van Nhon - the judge, the companion of CEO Hoang Huu Thang to build the strong Intech ship as it is today. The sharing session took place in a very exciting and joyful atmosphere and many gifts were sent to the staff.
