The most important highlight in Intech Group's production and business activities in 2023 is the implementation of a series of large-scale and professional exhibitions, fairs and seminars. Intech Group has participated in a total of 5 exhibitions, organized 2 seminars, including: Machinery Exhibition, Manufacturing Technology and Supporting Technology VME 2023, International Manufacturing Fair FBC 2023, M-tech Exhibition Osaka Japan, Vietnam Industrial and Manufacturing Exhibition VIMF Bac Ninh 2023, International Exhibition on Supporting Industry and Manufacturing Vietnam Vinexpo 2023, Net Zero Seminar, Green Business Conference accompanying and developing sustainably.
 

Intech is also honored to welcome many domestic and international customers and partners to visit and work at the factory, opening up opportunities for long-term and sustainable cooperation in the future: Most notably, the visit of the high-tech enterprise delegation INCHEON TECHNOPARK Korea, the customer delegation from Osaka Japan, Nguyen Trai University, .... These are solid stepping stones for the goal of "bringing Vietnamese brands to international level" in the long-term strategy set by the Board of Directors.

In 2023, despite many market difficulties, Intech Group's team still achieved many outstanding achievements: grandiose and large-scale projects were completed: Solar power project of Prime Pho Yen factory, Thai Nguyen, Tasa Phu Tho, ..., Lix factory's automatic loading and unloading robot system, Daikin air conditioner assembly line, Vinamilk conveyor system, Mainline palletizer system
 

In particular, in 2023, it is impossible not to mention the book launch event: "Journey to turn the seemingly impossible into possible" by CEO Hoang Huu Thang. More than 200 pages of the book have helped readers see the journey full of efforts that CEO Hoang Huu Thang, the brave captain of the Intech ship, has gone through, which is a testament to his will, determination and desire to devote himself to realizing his ambition. This is also a book that summarizes the experience of starting a business and managing a business that he wants to share and bring value to the younger generation.

In parallel, Intech Group has implemented many volunteer activities for the community, notably the talkshows shared by CEO Hoang Huu Thang at major universities such as National Economics, University of Science and Technology, Hanoi University; Giving scholarships to students from Dong Phu - Bac Giang hometown; Charity program at Vietnam Friendship Village, sponsoring orphans at Children's Day 2023, supporting 400 million to build a Library for children in the highlands in Ta Lung, Dong Van, Ha Giang.
 

Not only promoting production and business activities, Intech Group considers this period as a "golden time" to create the core values of the Group. The highlight in 2023 is the series of workshops continuously held from June to December with a variety of topics.

In addition, the Intech team also successfully completed the direct training program for small and medium-sized enterprises in the field of production and processing in Hanoi. All the knowledge and skills shared have helped the Intech Group collective to add new energy, new enthusiasm and confidence to sail the Intech ship to the open sea.
 

In addition, Intech Group also carries out internal activities such as: organizing monthly birthday parties for employees, organizing holidays, Intech Group football tournaments, and periodic health check-ups for employees.
