2022, a year of many fluctuations, witnessed many challenges: energy crisis, high inflation, supply chain disruption, Russia - Ukraine war, climate change and nature’s fury. And these challenges are the test for businesses to break through creatively, revealing the leadership qualities.
With the spirit of solidarity, flexibility and creativity; Intech collective still firmly overcomes difficulties with many proud marks and achievements.
Highlights of 2022
Intech's December is even more meaningful and emotional with the 11th anniversary celebration. December 10, 2022: The Board of Directors, partners, guests and all the Group's staff at the event marking 11 years of Intech's development journey. The ceremony is not only an opportunity for everyone to sit together to look back on the long journey they have traveled, to give each other strength to accelerate and break through on the upcoming journey.
This is also an opportunity for the Board of Directors to express gratitude to individuals and groups who have continuously contributed and made efforts for the common development of the Group. Hopefully, with a team of talented, enthusiastic and passionate employees, Intech Group will continue to grow stronger. Also at the Anniversary Ceremony, Mr. Hoang Huu Thang - Chairman of Intech Group launched the Group's Platform and the Intech Wish Charity Fund.
Not only promoting business activities, internal bonding programs are still one of the core activities of Intech Group. The long-delayed trip to the coastal city of Sam Son was finally realized. "Work hard, play hard". Intech brothers and sisters really burned out with team building games on the white sand beach with golden sunshine - where Sam Son beach is peaceful and beautiful. Relieve stress, regain energy, unite the team, and together create memorable memories.
Memories of summer travel in 2022
The most important highlight in Intech's production and business activities in 2022 is the implementation of a series of exhibition and fair events throughout the year. Typically, it is necessary to mention: VME 2022 Machinery Exhibition, Manufacturing Technology and Supporting Technology, FBC 2022 International Manufacturing Trade Fair, M-tech Osaka Exhibition, Vietnam Industry and Manufacturing Exhibition VIMF Bac Ninh 2022, Vietnam International Exhibition on Supporting Industry and Manufacturing Vinexpo 2022
Intech is also honored to welcome many domestic and foreign partners to visit the factory and conduct field surveys to open up opportunities for long-term and sustainable cooperation in the future: Most notably, the visit of the delegation of Tsubaki Corporation Japan and the VBC Connect community. These are stepping stones for the goal of "bringing Vietnamese brands to international level" in the near future.
Intech is also proud to receive the Top 10 prestigious brands in Asia award, once again affirming the prestige, quality and coverage of the brand in domestic and foreign markets.

Regarding human resources, Intech constantly promotes the improvement of professional capacity and management skills through regular and periodic training sessions. In particular, Intech has completed its human resources to accelerate breakthroughs with the appointment of top leadership positions including: Director of Intech Vietnam Mechanical Joint Stock Company, Group Business Director and Permanent Deputy General Director of the Group.
