On April 26, 2023, VASI successfully organized the VASI CEO Summit 2023 with the theme of intra-VASI linkage. The program took place with the participation of more than 90 CEOs who are members of VASI.

Representatives of Intech attended VASI CEO Summit 2023 with the theme of intra-bloc VASI linkage
In this event, Intech Group and members of the VASI association discussed, shared experiences, and proposed creative ideas on the theme of intra-bloc linkage. At the conference, members listened to, discussed, and shared about:
- LEAN Transformation Network Program: This is a program in which VASI member companies carry out LEAN improvements with the advice of experts. The biggest difference of this program is that businesses work together to implement improvements, share knowledge, and lessons learned. Every month, companies will meet directly at a factory and share the improvements they have made, the difficulties they encounter, and the solutions they have overcome. From this common sharing, participating companies will learn from their own successes and failures and those of their partners, greatly reducing the time and effort spent on searching for suitable improvement solutions. The improvement teams of the companies also have the opportunity to "compete", helping to increase excitement and efforts in implementation. This is also the topic that Intech Group is very interested in and focuses on investing in. Mr. Hoang Huu Yen, representing Intech, shared and asked questions at the conference to contribute to how to implement LEAN transformation in the best and most effective way
- Production coordination program of the VASI project group: The program is implemented by a group of VASI member companies in the field of molds - plastics - mechanics. The implementing group coordinates to carry out the following activities: (i) Joint purchasing of raw materials; (ii) Sharing capacity (Machine capa); (iii) Mutual support in training people and technology; (iv) Coordinating to bid for large projects and component cluster projects. The businesses in the group shared with the conference that the “Key word” of the program is understanding, trust, and sharing among the members participating in the program. The businesses participating in the program have coordinated so deeply that they shared information about raw material prices, processing prices, machine capacity, and introduced to customers the overall capacity of the group instead of each individual company... Vice President of VASI - General Director of An Phu Viet, Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, is the host of this program.
- Proposal to implement intra-bloc linkage in joint purchasing of raw materials: VASI member CEOs listened to Mr. Tung - Member of the VASI Executive Committee introduce the Initiative on joint purchasing, discuss and evaluate the advantages and difficulties, and propose solutions to promote implementation. After the conference, the members agreed to implement the first step: Collect information to prepare for sharing the purchase of raw materials, promote the search for methods to implement sharing or purchasing raw materials in a more reasonable way... VASI Office will soon send survey information to members, hoping that you will support filling out the information.
