International Women's Day March 8 is a long historical story about the struggle for equality and happiness for women by many women's groups around the world. So that every year, on March 8, women around the world, including Vietnamese women, are honored by everyone to celebrate their International Day.

The event was attended by Mr. Hoang Huu Yen - General Director of Intech Group, along with leaders: Mr. Tran Van Nhon - Director of Intech Energy Company, Mr. Luong Nhu Cuong - Director of Mikyo Packaging Machinery Joint Stock Company, Mr. Vu Dinh Toi - Director of Intech Group Technology Engineering, Mr. Ha Van Quy - Director of Intech Vietnam Precision Mechanical Joint Stock Company, Intech Group Department Heads and especially the presence of many female officers and employees who are the radiant "flowers" of the Group.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hoang Huu Yen emphasized that the event was not only an occasion for gratitude but also had a profound meaning in honoring tradition, arousing pride in the great contributions of Vietnamese women and more specifically, the female officers and employees of Intech Group. He affirmed the important role of the spirit of solidarity, creativity and will to rise of the female workforce, and at the same time encouraged women to continue to practice and study to contribute to the successful implementation of the strategic goals that the Group has set for 2025.

On this special occasion, Intech Group cooperated with the Company's Trade Union to organize a meaningful exchange and gift-giving program to honor and express gratitude for the tireless contributions of female staff. This is not only a sincere thank you for the dedication and enthusiasm of women in their work, but also an encouragement for each person to continue to step firmly on the journey of career development.

At the end of the program, Intech Group's leadership emphasized: "Each female employee is not only an important companion but also a source of strength and creativity to help the company go further. Intech Group hopes that the female staff will continue to practice, improve their expertise, and proactively participate in all activities to affirm their role and position in the overall development of the business."
