At the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh directed the Ministry of Finance and the Government Office to collect comments and contributions to develop a directive on SME development, ensuring practicality, feasibility and suitability with the domestic and international economic context.

According to the Prime Minister, the global context is changing rapidly with economic polarization, multilateralism being challenged, digitalization and greening taking place strongly, while risks such as population aging, resource depletion, and climate change are becoming increasingly serious. This poses an urgent requirement: Vietnamese enterprises, especially SMEs, must adapt flexibly and take advantage of opportunities for sustainable development.

The Prime Minister emphasized that when the situation changes, the goals must also change. The Government sets an ambition to increase GDP growth by 8% or more by 2025 and reach double digits in the following years, aiming to realize the two 100-year goals according to the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress. To achieve this, not only the State sector, localities, FDI enterprises, but also all economic sectors, especially SMEs, must accelerate development, improve competitiveness and proactively innovate.

In addition, the Prime Minister emphasized four important pillars that businesses need to comply with, including doing business in accordance with the law, fulfilling social responsibilities, protecting the environment, caring for workers' lives and building a corporate culture with national identity. At the same time, the Government is committed to continuing to remove difficulties, especially institutional bottlenecks, because these are not only major barriers but also decisive factors for breakthroughs in economic reform.

This conference not only strengthens our confidence but also creates a strong motivation for us to continue to develop and contribute to the common prosperity of the country.”.

Through the conference, the Prime Minister emphasized that the Government always offers solutions to share with businesses in the face of difficulties and determines to always accompany and remove obstacles for businesses, especially institutional obstacles that are "bottlenecks of bottlenecks" but also "breakthroughs of breakthroughs".

With the message “The Government does not say no, does not say difficult, does not say yes but does not do,” together building the country in a new era - an era of rising to wealth, civilization, prosperity, and happiness,” Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh pointed out: “We must have policies to create conditions for SMEs to expand their scale, improve competitiveness, production capacity, and develop business models based on innovation and application of science and technology. SMEs must also act decisively, striving to become large enterprises.”

Intech Group is proud to be a part of this journey, continuing to innovate, create, and accompany the country on the path of strong development in the new era.
