On the afternoon of October 8, 2025, the sharing program for middle-level managers of Intech Group with the theme ”New thinking - New vision” took place successfully at Aquaria restaurant, My Dinh, Hanoi. Especially, the training session had the presence of Mr. Hoang Huu Thang - Inspirational businessman and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Intech Group.

The event is part of a series of activities towards the 21st anniversary of Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13, 2004 - October 13, 2025), aiming to improve leadership capacity, promote the spirit of innovation and sustainable development orientation for the Group's management team.

The training session was attended by Inspirational Entrepreneur - Mr. Hoang Huu Thang, who is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Intech Group, along with Mr. Hoang Huu Yen - General Director of Intech Group, Mr. Tran Van Nhon - General Director of Intech Vietnam Green Energy Development Joint Stock Company, Mr. Luong Nhu Cuong - General Director of Mikyo Packaging Machinery Joint Stock Company, and more than 30 middle-level managers in the Group system.
The program is an internal training activity organized annually by Intech Group, aiming to foster leadership thinking, strategic orientation and improve management capacity for key staff. With the theme "New Thinking - New Vision", the training session focuses on raising awareness of communication, repositioning the brand and developing innovation capacity, helping managers adapt quickly to the volatile market context.
