Intech"s product and service return policy sets forth the reasons for acceptance.

1. Conditions for exchange of goods
- Delivery time is within 03 days from the date of purchase.
- The goods must be left unchanged, labels, not used and have the purchase invoices attached (when selling goods to tell customers)
- Customers can change products according to size or design requirements or production error.
- Merchandise only applies to original price or discounts in the form of gift cards. No change of product has been made once before, unless the product encounters a technical error.
2. Value of goods sold:
- The modified product must be equal to or higher than the value of the previously purchased goods.
3. Time for barter:
- Products shall be immediately changed for no more than 01 days (24h)
- Products that need to be evaluated due to production errors shall be handled no later than 03 days (except Sundays and public holidays).
4. Cases of refusal to exchange goods:
- The conditions mentioned above are not met.
- Buy more than 03 days.
- The goods are still new, the stamps are still visible but there are signs of being dirty, scratched, the accessories of the goods are not full or damaged by the external factors after the purchase.
- Product is damaged due to customer error.
- Product damaged by repair.
- Customers are not allowed to change products when there are no technical errors.
Refunds: In case Intech products are delivered to customers and technically faulty, customers may request replacement of new products or when the two parties fail to reach an agreement on exchange, the customer can refund. Money back paid.
